GOYA have received the Matrix Standard accreditation
- a national quality standard for organisations delivering information, advice
and guidance services for learning and work.
The Matrix Standard is an industry-recognised quality kite-mark and it has been
awarded to GOYA in recognition of the excellent range of services that it
provides to its clients.
In order for us to achieve the standard we had to review our
practices and policies and ensure that we always sought to improve the quality
of our services and training methods.
We had our Matrix Assessment for 2 days and we are very proud to
say that we received excellent feedback and are now accredited.
Of course, this does not mean the hard work is over. From now we
must continue to look for ways in which we can still improve. We always welcome
any practice that can help us ensure a better service for our Learners and their
Employers.
We would like to take this
opportunity to congratulate and thank all the Staff, Volunteers, Partners,
Management Committee and most importantly the client for their excellent
feedback.
